At NAKEDCASHMERE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury knitwear. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original reusable mailer or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
